Title: Exhaust Tips

Hi guys, was giving my car a proper clean-up and used Meguires Clay Bar on the body, car is gleaming......BUT the exhaust tips are stained pretty bad! Can get out the black residue but theyr stained underneath. Tried using metal polish with a light scrubing pad but little use!! Its d only thing putting my car down (other than the grinded wheels), any advice??

Cheers lagerlout, at 1st glance I thought it was a piss-take "bluejob... removes exhaust pipe blues!!" :grin: :grin:....... Did u ever buy it from a retailer or was it ordered on-line??

Yeah do a google search there is a detailer in the UK that sells it, forget who.

hi how old is your gti, sure i read somewhere on here if its fairly new its a vw warranty claim.

Hey lagerlout, Cheers 4 help........ blue-job.co.uk show a map of all the retailers of blue-job polish in UK and N.Ireland, might take a drive up to Belfast n get some!!!! £9.99 a tub or 2 for £18.......... I'l take 3500 jars so (may aswell stock-up cus they sell fcuk all of anything good in the Republic) :cry:
