Title: Build Times???

Posted this on another thread but just wondered if anyone in the know has any idea how long it takes to build the cars. I have a build date of Oct 22nd and VW still quoting 8 to 12 weeks from this date for delivery. Does that seem about right?

at minimum yes, you may find it will take 12-16 weeks, and thats more common.

Jesus, I ordered the car at the end of July too. That will be a 6 month wait. It's a long time to wait for a new car
