Title: How to set MFA clock?

Anyone know how to set the time on the MFA clock? Im sure its really simple but i cant work out how to do it..

ON the VDU itself and a small pin head to stick into the little micro buttons they look like little plastic finishing heads, but they do alter the clock promise :smiley:
