...but what are BBS RA wheels?
The G60 I am buying tomorrow (yipee) has normal BBS. What is the difference?
-
It's the type of alloy.
These are BBS RA's

Look nice
-
^^^^^ I'm afraid I beg to differ!!!
BBS RA are the standard 15" factory fitment alloys for a mk2 golf and look an awful lot more like the examples in this ebay auction:

Pretty nifty site is that!
Fancy me a pair of Le castellets now

Thanks for the replies guys and gal. Looks like mine will be RJ's. Does that ring bells with G60 fitment? Hard work methinks to keep them up to scratch.
-
Like these?

If so, they are what came on some Corrado G60's
-
That's them. I'm sure of it. Mine are a little tatty. Worth getting them refurbished or buy new? Also need new centre caps. Hard to come by or readily available?
Silly questions but I'm slightly out on a limb here, being in a different country.
-
If they are the same as the 14" versions then the centre caps are the same as those found on BBS RM's i believe, in other words expensive! I don't know what a refurb costs in Spain, but if it is anything like over here then i'm sure it will be a hell of a lot cheaper than buying new. It would cost around £170 to get all 4 refurbished over here, and that would be diamond cutting the spokes and rim, and painting inbetween the spokes so i'd imagine just a straight refurb would be a little cheaper.
-
I have heard of a place in Madrid. I'll look them up and see what service they can provide.
Thanks again.
Once I find out how photo bucket works, I'll post some piccies of the G60 shed. Or can I just transfer photos from my PC? Have tried but could not make it work.
-
You copy them from your pc to photobucket and then they are saved in an online album, or is that what you meant anyway!?
-
No. What I meant was can I transfer photos direct to this site from my PC without photobucket? I'm no IT wizard!
-
yeh you should be able to right click and then "save image as" and it should work, anybody got a set of ronal teddy's they look the nuts   i want a set
