Title: HELP REGARDING MK 4 GAMMA RADIO / CD CHANGER CONNECTOR

Iv got a mk 4 with the Gamma head unit which im keeping OE, i have the cd above the HU also but want to fit a Alpine changer in the boot, iv been given a kit to do just this but unsure if it fits the golf head unit and i dont wanna take it out to check unless i have to

the kit is worth 100£Â£Ã‚£ i got it for free of a mate who had it in his audi but he said it fits some VW's too

here is a pic of the connector i have, does anyone know nif this fits into the back of the GAMMA HU

i think so, i put a panasonic in mine and it looks identical to thr end on mine. it will only go in one hole so you cant cock it up

looks similar so it might fit;

easiest way is to remove the Gamma though which is a 2 second job if you got the removal tools - get them from the stealers or Halfords
