Title: Hi all, another newbie

Hi everybody, another newbie here.

My name is Kev, from North London. Just a bought a '91 Mk2 8v a couple of weeks ago to replace my last car. I'm new to the world of VW but I've always been after a Golf. I think I've found myself a fairly decent example (probably paid over the odd though, never buy a car in a hurry  :rolleyes: ) but there are a few little problems with it so I'll be asking plenty of questions in the other forums.

Thanks for taking the time to read, anybody planning on going to the Ace Cafe meet tonight?

Look in the meet thread there is something in there about Ace tonight, think Bazza is going i was but cant make it now, theres also Brands Hatch tomorrow eve!

OK thanks, I'll go along tonight as it's only a few minutes down the road from me, I often go in there on my way home to get coffee anyway. Arrived last night to find it full of shiny BMWs, the guys on the gate told me I'd come on the wrong night!
