Stop using the jet wash.
Do it by hand!!

The tolerances in the window frame from todays cars and yours is massive, means that it'll leak all the time with the jet wash, to much pressure in todays washers compaired to 25years ago when the car was built.

It runs in between the window and seal you can see the gap, the rubbers arent split but have taken the shape of the window and shrunk leaving the gap I fink, the water comes to rest behind the passenger seat. Make sense??

Thanks for the reply

Do you have all the roof seals? F & R? Mine is a MK1 '84. If so how much?
