-

-

volkszone, or are we not alllowed to talk about that here :embarassed:
-
i will have to check it out, you can talk about anything you like here, were not judgemental
-
seriously awesome site if your into aircooled dubs or just like talking to great people. give it a go
-
will do mate, thanks for the reccomendation. i take it youve heard of coolair if your into air cooled. i work just down the road from their showroom
-
yup, heard of them, havent bought anything from them, i tend to get lots of parts sent over from america. got a good contact out there
just thrown a new engine in the split this year, for service parts i mainly use gsf
-
what u put in the split? we use gsf for some of our parts, they seem to be pretty reliable
-
yeah gsf are pretty good for run of the mill parts.
just put in a 1600sp, did have a 1600tp before but the oil leak was getting crazy. my mate bought a 67 bug with a brand new engine in it, he wanted a 1915 cal look screamer, so i took the 1600 off his hands chucked it in the bus and bobs yer uncle. i would like a 2litre plus engine for the bus eventually but funds dont allow right now
