Title: Moving The Horn For Induction Kit?
Post by: Cupra Turbo on 01 March 2004, 18:28
How/Where do you move the horn to when fitting an Induction kit on a mk3 Golf?

The K&N instructions u "mite" need to move it from the lower vent area.

i'd guess its not that hard.. the horn just has a wire going to it.. probably not too hard to improvise.

I'd assume the instructions that come with it will tell you what to do? they were ok on my old polo... its dependant upon where u put that big black wiggly tube thingy. :)

pretty simple procedure really..

Got sent home from work at 12 O'Clock today cos I was ill, so I got chance this afternoon to scramble under the car and play with the horn... its only a lil bracket thing and ya just loosen the screw and move the horn on the bracket that sways both ways...

Cheerz for the help tho!
