Go for it I say! I've got a 60mm drop on my MK2 with bonrath caps too, making it 70mm on the front, and luckily enough no rubbing issues (15x7 ET25 BBS RS). Gotta love a slight nose down stance.

Whats the idea behind the lowering caps? do the go on top of the struts or something?

I've got all new standard boge shox & springs on mine with 7x15 Brock B2 wheels, but they look daft with it being so high! Will the caps help?

Also, where can I get some spacers for the rear of mine? I like the wider stance at the back of the car and would like to try some spacers to see what mine looks like before i bite the bullet and go for some 8 or 9 inch rear wheels

Cheers,
Chris.
