Title: glossary
Post by: e11ie on 16 September 2007, 17:32: I was thinking of like a glossery that people can add to. Keep it clean of course, include things like car parts, different models and bits like OEM for us peeps who aren't quite sure what they mean :embarassed: :grin:
To be fair it would probably be more like a vw encyclopedia!

ie someone would need to know what to post for starters, if people asked a question then got the answer it'd need organising somehow. good idea but i'm not looking after it!

another way around it but involving just as much effort would be one person to trawl the forum and add to the glossary regularly used terms

I wouldn't mind organising it if it does go ahead. It would definitely save repetitive questions on the forums and time for the people that do actually search :wink:

Post by: Organisys on 18 September 2007, 12:18: It's a good idea, but yeah It'll take some modding. Maybe people should send their suggestions for additions to the list as a PM tom someone and then the mods only have the rights to modify the actual Glossary.
