Title: chromed up the grill! what do you reckon?

Post by: BobbyT on 15 September 2007, 15:59: its some cheap chrome trim from halfords - it has 3m tape on the back, but it looks really good, just like the propper trim! :smiley:

just spray paint your chrome one! get a good primer and a bright red paint and laquer!

Nice job looks good! :smiley: Nice bumpers, do they fit a small bumper mk2? Did similar on 'fab', took the red trim out filled the groove and stuck some 12mm chrome strip, got mine off ebay for 20 quid= 10 meters! Did the door mouldings too, I like it but those bumpers are sweet :wink: probably too costly for me at the mo but something for me to considr for the spring! :cool:

Post by: BobbyT on 16 September 2007, 23:34: the bumpers are off a mk1 clipper! dont think they would fit the mk2! you can get the big bumpers for the mk2 though! think the chrome trim i bought was 8mm! :smiley:
