Title: Sub in the wheel arch!?!

Atm my boot is looking like this

The sub is 15" and taking up way to much space!! i want to try and build a sub box into the wheel arch like i have seen some of you do with MDF i think it is. does it really matter ont the size of the box etc is there anything i need to know?

im not a super expert but i do know the box needs to be the correct size as per the manufacturer of the sub woofer (usually in the instructions or box that it came in)

basically, too small and it wont sound its best....

yes id leave it, looks sweet to me that set up, know what u mean about space but id go down the "if its not broke dont fix it" route

you can buy custom fit boxes but they aint cheap..and a 15 wouldnt fit upright in a mk2...
