Title: opinions on BMC induction kits
Post by: DubDave on 12 September 2007, 13:11

I have a mark 2 16 valver, and was thinking of upgrading from my airbox with a k n filter in

to a BMC carbon fibre induction kit.

Has anyone got one of these fitted or has any idea of what there like???

Would be grateful of any advise

Can't fit an induction kit to a 16v mk2 as it is mechanical injection :)

yeah but....... BMC has one on their website for mk2 16v & 8v

http://www.bmcairfilter.com

but ive a sneaking suspicion that its for the american 16v which used CIS injection

K+N panel filter and a drilled airbox is your best bet :) do a search on here theres loads of info about drilling an airbox :)
