are deisel and petrol intercoolers the same as i have the option to buy one and need to know if there all the same.
Thanks. Rich

air flows through them.....some are bigger and better than others but they all do the same job!

What are you doing with it?.
Steve.

its 640cm long 160cm high and 77cm thick. and im looking to front mount it on my mk4 golf gti t as i have done a couple of mod's and feel the car would benifit from one.
-
Make sure that its clean inside no oil etc. Do you have a way of measuring the current inlet charge temp as it would be interesting to see if the bigger fmic lowers the temp. If it fits, I would give it a go ;).

it brand new so its clean and ready to go as for the fitting its around the size of the aftermarket ones you can buy from awesome and adc so it should be ok with a little work. they are charging around ?800 to?1000 for theres so at ?220 it should be a good buy..

Jeeez. That's one big intercooler. Your engine will be sub-arctic!
-
yeah a slight misprint that. i was just checking you where all awake.. ;)

the bigger the intercooler the more dense tour inlet charge will be (more power) but you will have more turbo lag so it depens on what you are doing with it
