Hi guys. Not an owner of a gti myself but my mum has a 5 door mk5 gti with dsg coming soon, which i will hopefully get put on the insurance as i really liked driving it!
I own a ctr but have always loved the mk5 (candy white!) Its the reason my mum is getting one as i have been telling her to for ages!

Heres my car (i apreciate most will dislike but what the hey  :smiley: )

type r's are fun to drive but couldnt help but feel it lacked torque

Yeah the little torque makes it much more involving as you have to really use the gears, but it can become tiresome when you want a nice easy drive. I do love it though as its a very exciting drive.

i did have a golf cabrio but sold him and now very jealous cos hes lookin very sexy now lol
