i ordered a ed30 3dr in red last week' but before that i tested a bmw 130i m sport' nice drive but lacking midrange.a renault 197 clio top chassis but again no go below 5000rpm.a standard golf gti nice handling nice torque.and lastly a seat leon cupra 240' a bit cheeky because i just wanted to check out the extra 40hp. we went a couple of miles out of town to warm it up then floored it in 3rd 4th 5th' at 3000 rpm it just flew' must be the fastest car i`ve ever driven' could not believe 40hp would make that difference' the salesman then told me it had been chipped and was running at 290hp.and this was their demo car' top salesman' top dealership' just a pity they dont sell golfs.

Always nice to hear of another ED30 convert. Do you have an estimated delivery time? What spec have you ordered?

Nice choice :smug: Must admit, I do like the 350z, never drove one though, how did find it overall? Any pics of it?

the 350z was a nice car lovely sound' good low and mid range power but a bit breathless up top.mine was the 280hp model' they are now up to 310hp i think.realy nice handling on main roads but it always felt a bit big for b road blasting' brilliant fun on roundabouts with the tc turned off.i only sold it because it was so unpractial you could not even fit a microwave in the boot.

You can say that again. The rear strut brace is mahoosive and blocks up any useable room. Great fun though

My other half really wanted a test drive in one before we bought the ED30, she still goes on about them now  When time comes for a change, I will give one a go, if nothing else, I'll stop getting earache!
Must admit though, I really like them myself
