Title: Edition 30 gear ratios.

My local VW dealer just informed me that the gear ratios on the Edition 30 are shorter than on the standard GTI, does anyone know if this is true?

I think you will find your local stealer is emmitting vocal type sounds from his posterior sphincter.

Err, unfortunately, I'm struggling to find technical data sheets on the VW site - so I can't confirm either way.  :undecided:

However, a good source of info is the Volkswagen Driver mag, and I don't think they have mentioned any changes in that area.  :wink:
