I have a crud gt autoalarm on my car, it was on there when i bought it, i was given a set of keys for it but i cant find anywhere to put them. i cant find any info on the wiring diagrams either. it is a gt136 system from about 1997. just wondered if anyone had any ideas??

Personally speaking, I would by happier ripping out whatever was there and installing a current generation alarm, that was covered under warranty, for which you had full wiring/programming instructions, readily available spares etc.
Like I say, that would be my choice, and not necessarily what you ultimately want to do.

yeah thats what i wanna do but i cant afford it really at the mo! it works fine except it doesnt unlock the doors but i checked how long it is activated for when you press the button and it isnt even a second so i think the pulse is wrong, but it is a switch adjustment. it works i just wondered what my two keys where for ???

In most cases, the keys are used to isolate the system and they will operate a key switch on the siren unit itself. Is there not a slot for this key at the back of the siren unit?

ah ha! see i didnt know to look on the siren! i will look in the daylight! if there isnt im not that bothered, it doesnt go mental when you disconnect the battery, well it does but you press the remote button and it sorts itself out!
