Title: 16v 8v airbox...any difference?????

need a new airbox for my new 16valver. does it differ from an 8v one? both top and bottom halves???

i don't think so. also there are 2 types of 6v airbox.

If they both come from Kjet engines, I think they would be the same. If the 8V is a digifant, it is certainly different.

Thanks guys, that's what i needed. guess i'm on a lookout for a 16v airbox then, as i only have an 8v one! thanks again chaps

depends on the year of the 16v.

if its a small bumper early spec 16v then the 8v kjet box will fit. if its a late spec 16v then it wont.
