I saw a MG/Rover display at a motorway services. I hate the bloody things, think it has 0% style, just looks like a rover that crashed thro halfords window. No flow to the body work, just bits stuck on here and there.
Anyway i had some time to kill and read the stuff on their stand. One of the interesting statements they make is "80% of Rover drivers prefer their car to a BMW" Now if we think about that for a second. Thats 80% of ROVER drivers, people who have bought one! So if only 80% prefer the car they bought, Rover are telling us that 20% of their customers who bought a Rover now wished they had bought a BMW!
Genius!

I think we've established that MG/Rover are sh!te!
My dad had alot of rovers in sequence
Rover 216 GTI Twin Cam
Rover 827SLI V6
Rover 416SLI
Rover 25 1.816v Sport
... he only kept buying them after his 827 cos the dealership was good.
But last August he bought a brand new VW Polo.

Aw, mate - I can't stand those cars - utter cr@p >:(. Especially the Rover 75 - what a visually horrid horrid car :o. As for the 25/45 - don't even get me started. I could talk for hours about just how much I hate Rovers. I wish they'd just go bust and stay bust. ;D
