I'd expect the 2.0 to be slightly heavier.
Rich.
P.S. You get 10 extra bhp from the 1.8 20v. 8)

okay .. i just found out that my H&R springs 35mm are for 2.0 8v .. so that why i wanna know if it will go on my 1.8 20v without any probs in months or so
I have been told that it might be softer on front if i go ahead put it on. The rear is okay
Will anti-roll bar help ?
-
oh one more thing .. i bought it off ebay for 44 quid .. so it cannot be returned !
Can't complain it brand new
-
springs will fit no prob, not sure wether weight difference will cause any probs, just look at other spring manufators and if 1.8 and 2.0 in same bracket area u should be ok
-
yeah ... i had a look at eibach springs as they do get spring for 1.8 and 2.0 together! so i should be alright then
