i am after a decent but cheap strut braces for my mk2
anyone no any good places that do them
-
www.strutbracer.co.uk (http://www.strutbracer.co.uk) are quite good
-
omp an sparco ones are on ebay quite a lot. if money's no object and you don't mind the scene tax, get an eibach one. rear ones do next to f**k all.
you'll prolly find a bigger difference with a meatier arb tho.
-
money is a object at the moment i just want one that does the job really
i will leave the rear one if they do nothing was goin to get one for the lower subframe but
my sump hits it
-
subframe's that thick on a mk2 i doubt a lower strut brace would make a huge deal of a difference anyway. it depends what other suspension you're running too, if you're running hard shockies then a top mount strut could be the way forwards. mind that they're only as strong as the welds so dinnae buy one that has thin ends

looking for a cheap(ish) but effective one for my mk4 too
