Title: locking wheel nuts
Post by: kototama on 27 July 2007, 09:43: I have a problem - I have recently refurbed my alloys (they're worth more than the car now!) - I don't want to lose them but I cannot get locking wheel nuts to fit (having purchased nuts/bolts from VW dealer)- I have been told that the car doesn't have standard BBS alloys fitted - any ideas???

Post by: Mew on 27 July 2007, 11:45: Are the wheels from a bmw by any chance? If so, the wheel nuts will need to have a conical seating, as against a radius seating as is found on VW's. You'll be able to get the correct nuts from a beemer in the scrappy if they are conical.
