Title: IS HAREWOOD HOUSE CANCELLED???

 :undecided: :undecided:saw on the news the other day that the game fair at harewood house had to be cancelled because the ground is just too boggy. Does this mean the gti festival is cancelled too does anybody know? :undecided: :undecided:

tickets arrived the other day for our club stand and there was no mention in there not sure, bloody hope not!

saw a sign on the motorway a bit ago on way home, those that ligjht up above the carrageway, something is cancelled but i dont know what it said, sorry i cant help no more but iv just been on motorway and now iv seen this post i remember seeing the sign....

Fingers crossed that we've seen the last of all this crappy weather and the ground has chance to dry out a bit

If the grounds wet there will be plenty of rallye's there to pull us out the mud  :grin:

it'll give jv and gibby a job to do!! why have 4 wheel drive and not use it

IM NOT SURE A STOCK RALLYE COULD PULL A MK3 OUT OF A MUDDY FIELD ........ :rolleyes: HAVE A HARD ENOUGH TIME POWERING THEMSELVES ALONG WITH EM BIENG SO DAMM SLOW :grin:

MK3's will be fine they are designed for running in muddy water been canal barges and all!

The weather forecast has been for more settled and sunnier weather this week at least, fingers crossed for a hot and sunny August!!

Is this a good show then? I've never been to a VW show before, would like to go to some if the weathers nice  :grin:

There's two weeks to go so i doubt they'd call it off just yet. I saw a sign on the M1 the other day cancelling a show but it wasn't this one.
