Title: Just Had New Clutch , Now My Car Whines When Started!

Its a 1.9d M Plate , Had a new Genuine VW Clutch Fitted , now when i start her she whines when i turn the key , but once started everything is ok.

This did not happen before btw

Any ideas anyone?
