Title: My lights

Hi guys
Any help would be good,my problem is when i turn my lights on in the morning they all work fine.Its just my dash board lights dont come on,but they do if i tap the dials. :undecided:

Am no auto electrician, but have had this problem before with other cars and it turned out to be the dashboard dimmer, you know the pointless "vary the brightness of your clock lights" variable switchy thing that all car manufacturers fit, as it is allways on max most of its life the contacts get fugged up.Might be this or might not but worth a try fiddling with this instead of tapping the clocks
