Title: Interior questions

Just got a few questions about the interior of my Golf:

Its got the brushed aluminium trim on the center console and drivers door control panel - was this fitted as standard or an optional upgrade? I love it anyway!

Ive got the Recaro seats front and back - did this mean an armrest wasnt fitted in the front for the driver / passenger? It hasnt got one, so was just wondering if it should have one or not.

On the plus side, I just got some mint condition genuine golf floor mats off ebay for £10!

brushed aluminuim sounds like its been retro-fitted.  it was fitted as standard to the R32 and a lot of people have fitted it to their golfs.

arm rest was an option.
