My rear wiper doesn't work, I have changed the wiper motor changed the fuse and checked the relay. When I switch the wiper on you can hear the relay clicking, does anyone have any idea why it doesn't work, only thing I can think of is the fact that 3 wires are on the plug but from other side only one wire goes into the motor, hope someone can help as this weather is horrible for driving when my rear window gunks up

wires broken where the tailgate pivots is common, theyre stressed there, pull back the rubber bellows and have a gander

Could also be the wiper spindle seized, common fault. Strip it down, clean, and re-lube. Worth doing anyhow.

i would agree with this one, check your number plate lights work and the heated rear screen,
Its a little hard to see the break in the wires sometimes as you dont get a lot of room in the bellows so give the wires a little pull and see if they come out

Broken wires every time.. pull back the rubber sleave that runs from the tailgate, to the roof panel, (left hand side)... locate your broken wires, solder back together, then use heat shrink insulation

Cheers for all the replies, no my heated rear screen doesnt work either so will check this out, forgive me for being stupid but what are the bellows?? Is it the rubber shrouding that runs from the top of the boot to the roof of the car
-
nah, bellows are in the gap between the body and the boot lid. looks like a little cv boot.
