If I put these on my car
3" Twin round full stainless steel Magnex exhaust
K&N 57i Induction ki
im only gonna spend ?350 MAX and only if Ill get 10Bhp or more.
-
super chip the f**kker ;)
-
The general rule is about 10% with filter and free flow exhaust, this can obviously vary slightly.
-
I'd spend the money on a 4 branch manifold myself and drill the air box. Might have enough left over for a back box then.
-
if your gonna get a s/s 4 branch manifold u need to uprate to stronger engine mounts also to prevent the manifold cracking
i dont know if janspeed do a mild steel manifold or not
-
how much extra bhp with an induction kit?
he he wheres slim shady gone?? :D
-
2 give or take + and lot more noise ;D
-
as long as it sounds fast thats what counts ;D
-
Well if I can get upto 127Bhp it will it will give me about 115Bhp per tonne.. as opposed to 104Bhp per tonne.
this will be better!
-
word on da street is magnex zorsts are more restictive as they recuirculate the gases to keep the noise down as they are the world quitest zorts, i have a full system with a 6x4 oval box, the f**k*r is almost silent!!!
But what do i know, i can't even spell!!! ;)
-
Cone filter, super chip, cat bypass and an exhaust.
That should give you about 10bhp but the cat bypass will free her up a bit. I'm in the process of sorting one at the mo i'll let you know. ;)
-
ALL THAT WILL ONLY GIVE 10BHP!?>!!?!?!?!?!?!?
*goes to get autotrader - gotta be a VTS in there forsale*
-
*slaps GTi for even thinking about a citroen!*
:-*
-
I think you would get more than 10bhp for doing those mods, even on an 8v.
Filter and exhaust alone will give you that.
-
then get head skimmed , ported and polished .
-
if I wanted head skimmed I'd hire a ?2 hooker.
LOL!
-
let TSR do their magic, they do some good magic! Yeah! :)
-
Who?
I live in the hills mate.
Yetti's work on my car! :D
-
get a copy of 'the golf' or pvw. there are loads of places that tune engines in there. also Q&A section is always informative.
