thanks... strange that you couldn't reply to my pm.. maybe the site is having problems.  I ordered my Ed30 in late May but thought I might be able to take advantage of Broadspeed's discounts.  I don't understand why VW dealers refuse point-blank to even discuss discounts with loyal customers, instead trying to squeeze every penny, but on the other hand, let 3rd part brokers like Broadspeed 'introduce' customers and then offer uptp £1000 off.  Its a ridiculous state of affairs.
