Title: Bottom Radiator Hose Pipe
Post by: SpanishGolfGTI on 14 July 2007, 12:41
Hi all,
Just got myself a Golf Gti here in spain its a 1993 Mk3, could anyone tell me the easiest way of replacing the bottom radiator hose pipe, as its developed a slight leak, either wear and tear or the hot sun, anyways its got to be replaced.

Thank you

Andy

you could replace it or get some rubber weld to judt repair it,

I think its just a case of undoing the jub clips with a flat hed screw driver then sliding the new hose on and tighting back up

Hope this helps

just get a new one, i would think the seal would break eventually, yeah easy job either as Zoe says or get some good grips and squeeze the clips and slide clips off depending what type you have? where in Spain you live by the way?
