Title: Morning peeps ! im new !
Post by: woodz77 on 14 July 2007, 10:46: hi everyone . im Woodz . ive always been into my ords really but im just sick of the unrealibility so now im swithching and going "Dubbin" . im on the search for a nice golf gti Turbo .

im 30 years old , a fence and decking specialist . i live in Hatfield in Herts . ive had 68 motors since i was 24 and passed my test . some good un's and some not so good :cry:

i just sold my S2 last week and now im going to be asking loads of questions about Golf gti turbos that probably seem obvisous but i jusat aint a VW geezer ........ yet but its gonna happen :laugh:

your dead right there mate lol . the veccy gsi snapped a brand new cambelt within 500 miles and then it took the garage that fixed it 92 days to get it back to me fixed . and the white S2 at the top bought it for Ã‚£1400 with a idling prob , spent Ã‚£2700 on it in 3mon ths and then i just hated it and sold it last wednesday for Ã‚£2k .

the list of probs i had with it went on and on . as soon as it was running right , 3 days later something else would go wrong . but it was 70k mile car with no welding and totally solid shell . it will be missed .............till i buy my golf :laugh:

yes mate . a nice 3 door gti turbo . in silver or black . theres a couple on autotrader near me so im going to have a look at them midweek . as soon as i get one i will stick some pics up :grin:

cheers mate . i hate it when people put chavvy wheels on them . all the S2's ive had , i had the wheels refurbed cos it sets the car off . and yes my beloved S1 . this is my favourite car of all time but they are just so dated inside . when i have loadsa of money i will get a mint one just for sunday drives :kiss:
