Title: Broken aerial connector that goes into head unit.

I've got a mk4 golf and broke the aerial attachment/connector that goes into the headunit.i've now just got the aerial lead with no attachment to plug in on the end.how easy is this to fix and how much does it cost for the bit and where can i get it?thanks.

is the end you need a male or female one?

If its the same as TV coax cable ( which im pretty sure it is) just extend it in the same way.

its the end bit that goes into the head unit.the one where the metal bit sticks out and theres are round surround around it.Do i just buy that part and connect it?

you can get a new connector from an audio shop they take 5 mins and a small screwdriver to fit.

that's good.thought i'd f*cked it completely.had a nightmare with it last night.have to get one on weekend and sort it.
