Title: Cellulose paint...Where can I get it?!

Hi, does anyone know where you can still get cellulose paint to do DIY?

All these stupid new regs are making it hard. I need LY3D (tornado red, mk2 golf).

u should be able to get paint be it cell or water base from any body repair wholesaler... like movac of morrelis
