just called into my local dealer to have a poke round and pick up a key for my car (which is wrong for the 3rd time!)
and they 4 ed30's on the forecourt... yummy.. 2 blue one red and a black one i think.. or could have been white.
either way i bet all you guys waiting for cars etc are like little kids.. i know i was walking round the carpark and im not even getting one... (funds dont allow haha)

Han, dont mention blue and edition 30 in the same sentance, doesnt exist!!!!, that's the only thing us poorper standard Gti's owners can have and Ed 30 owners havent :evil:

no, Phil, I did not go :sick:, don't put blue color down like that! :wink: It was just... nothing special. On the road would pay similar attention to it as to black or red GTIs (just because it is GTI!!!). White would draw my attention MUCH more. Saw white S3 with black wheels today. Even small kids noticed it...
On the other hand, chicks do not dig white (at least that is what they say)

Was it a Shadow Blue GTI or a Laser Blue GTI. The Laser Blue is much more distinctive and from your comment about paying the same attention to it as black, it makes me suspect that it may have been a shadow blue :undecided:

Yeah, Hurdy, that's what I thought, too. It was Shadow Blue, definitely. I like the blue paint on R32s, that must be Laser Blue. I like blue RS4s as well.
