Title: what seat and door cards will fit

basicaly my car is loooking tired and old so was wondering what other seats will fit and door cards if possible.
Pref some thing that looks nice.

no other door cards will fit.... seats, most of the pre-91 vw range will bolt straight in and mk3 seats fit with a tweak (cutting and welding) to one of the slider legs. corrado and scirroco front seats sit lower than golf seats.

Sorry to hi-jack your thread but I was wondering what early VW's came with Recaro's?

ANYTHING WILL FIT IF YOU HAVE THE MEANS AND THE TIME. GOT SOME A4 SEATS TO GO INTO MINE. I HAD THE DOOR CARDS TO SO I AM GOING TO CAREFULLY PEEL OFF THE MATERIAL THEN STICK IT TO MY ORININAL CARDS.

WITH SEATS JUST MAKE SURE YOU PICK A REAR BENCH THAT IS ROUGHLY THE SAME WIDTH AS YOURS

WITH THE FRONT SEATS, IF YOU CAN GET THEM WITH THE RUNNERS INCLUDED THEY MIGHT BE EASIER TO INSTALL.

so your saying any sits will fit with some welding and drilling. then cool will have a look around. cheers m8.
