i cant, i have a brochure with 2003 models in, the years you are thinking of has recaro's in the turbo model, and it has walnut style trim bits (which i personnaly dont like!!) then v5 im totally lost on!!, if no one else can get any pics let me know ill bang some up from the brochure i have! ;D

GTI (1.8T) had cloth Recaros as standard up until approx 2001 model, V5 has only VW sports seats unless upgraded to Recaro Leather option.

on my gallery probably tommorow there should be a pic of the inside of my 1.8T 99 aswell as a few others! :D
