Title: Steel Grey Code

Hi

Can anyone help
I have a 5 door steel grey metallic GTI on order
I have bough a new rear apron with cutout for towbar
I want to colour code the apron but I dont have the code for the paint
Can anyone shed any light on the problem

Say they cany do anything without a reg or chassis No

Is LA7T the code?

It's not called Steel Grey, I am away or I would check my touch-up stick I got from VW (they work it out from the chassis number). It's something like Med Grey, and may be shared with Audi. I'll try to remember.

united grey is the name for it in europe, its steel grey in the UK.

When you get the paint, it is labelled United Grey... agreed the sales name is Steel Grey, but when I asked the parts people for Steel Grey they didn't have it.
