Title: door lock

Does anyone know if you can buy the rod that goes from the door lock to the central locking block inside the door as mine has snapped off. :angry:

common fault


use the passenger door one as a temp fix

you can take them off a mk4 polo iirc

best to ask VW if they sell it in bits. I think my friend went to a scrappy because they didnt (cant remember)

there ya go, i order a one on a sunday and it was here on the tue! get instuctions too, you'll need a star key to loosen the handle mechanism, bolt on mine snapped off so i had to use brute force but still took less than 30 mins
