hey!

Just wondering what makes a mk2 golf a "Wolfsburg Edition" exactly?  :huh:

Its a bit like the metro longbridge edition, or the escort dagenham edition.....

Except that US Mk2s were made in Westmoreland, Pensylvania (sp?)

i thought all gti's (well european ones) were made at the wolfsburg factory!

You can tell where your car's made from the VIN number. If the last letter of the VIN - before the numbers - is a W, then it was made in Wolfsburg... which is as close to, I guess, as we'll get to a Wolfsburg Edition over here!
