Title: intested in my ICE?

is anyone interested in my ICE?
I want to sell it all now.
Change of plans
Some of you heard (or felt) it at newark.
All of it was bought Dec 2003 and I've still got the boxes.

13cm Alpines with separate tweeters 160w
17cm alpines with separate tweeters 200w (never used. still boxed)
2x 12" alpine subs 1000w with boxes
kenwood 1600w mono D class amp
kenwood 1000w 2 ch amp
decent phoenix gold RCA leads
inline bass control

If you've got a mk2 it'll drop straight into the boot. I have a false floor made up.

What sort of cash you looking for? Are you trying to sell it all in one chunk, or will you split it?

engine swap is paid for. Just waiting for the engine and a phone call...

All in I'd like ?900.
I paid ?1100 for it all 2 months ago and it could easily pass 'as new'. I have all the boxes for it too. The 17cm speakers have never been fitted in the car. They're still boxed. I was going to build up some door pods to house both the 13cm and the 17cm speakers.

I'd prefer not to split it up, but I might be tempted. If I decided to replace it all with other kit as advised by my local ICE shop for a different sound then I'd need to sell it all and then add a bit to my funds just to buy the front speakers I want and the amp to run them!

Hi there,

I would be interested in the 17cm alpines.  I assume they will fit into the front doors of a MK3 and the tweeters will fit in the dashboard?  (with some persuation, obviously)

How much are you looking for?

I've decided it would be stupid to sell it in quest for what I had planned. I'd have to run subless for months if I did.

I'll let you know if I change plans again though.

I wasn't about to sell them cheap anyway. Only 2 months old and I would need 3 times what I was hoping to get for them anyway to put all this new kit in.

I finally wired up the 2nd amp to drive the front door speakers and the whole setup is running mega sweet. it's loving dance music now  ;D
