i cleaned my isv bit it still didnt fix my idle problem, maybe it is not working and need replacing, wasnt there a test of some sort? like unplugging it?? because when i unplug it the car stuggles and after a few seconds just stalls. anyways is there a certain way to clean it casue i jst sprayed the carb cleaner insde bot hthe holes but not alot as i was scared of electrical connections (ie tilting it with he open ends facing upwards) anyways if this dosent fix it, what else could it be?? o2 sensor?? is there a way to test that or maybe air flow meter?

I solved my idle problem on sat and all i did with the ISV was fully disconnect it and spray carb cleaner into it. If the ISV is working it should buzz quietly when the ignition is turned on. Also try cleaning your throttle body out with cleaner too. It only takes half hour to do all.

When you first turn the ignition on, the sound you hear is the fuel pump!

Put your finger on the ISV and you will feel it buzzing
