Title: hood motor and pump

hi, can anyone tell me if you can top up the fluid in the hood pump resevoir as my one is low or do i have to buy a new one ? cheers clipper

you can top it up.there's a bolt on the side of the resevoir,unscrew it all the way out and top up.you may need a syringe or something similar as it can be quite awkward.

i had mine from vw main dealer part number G 002 000. oil for hydrolic system and power assisted steering.
