Title: ELLO PPL!
Post by: chikadee on 25 May 2007, 11:00: hi, my names tessa, im 21 n i used 2 own a 1973 vw beetle 1.2 (il get some pics up soon) but i found it way too slow 4 me (i used 2 b a girl racer so i like a bit of speed)

i have just swapped my beetle 4 one of ur members mk1 golfs

i love classic VWs and iv been goin 2 shows 4 yrs. i only live 3 mins from santapod and bug jam is my fave event of the yr!
im also in2 ravin so lovin the raindance tent at bug jam n just the general laid bk atmosphere of it all.

i blame my vw obsession on my dad, he used 2 have a vw campervan n i have many happy memories of campin out in it wiv the roof up. if i won the lottery the first vehicle i wud buy wud b a mint split screen camper van.

it is great livin nxt 2 santapod! even b4 i cud drive id get my dad 2 drop me n my mates up there 2 camp 4 bugjam n bigbang.... the best thing is my nxt door neighbour works there so i get 2 free tickets 4 any event i want 2 go 2!

Post by: chikadee on 01 June 2007, 14:32: cant believe tom (spearmint) used 2 drive it round wiv the gears so floppy! i ended up losing most my gears n drivin home wiv just 3rd n 4th the other day! all fixed now, new gear lever n linkages Ã‚£5er at the scrappy n now i have all my gears n no floppiness. yay!

Post by: chikadee on 04 June 2007, 15:47: cool cool, im not really too keen on trance tho, find it a bit repetitive but i guess thats wot some ppl think of hardcore. iv been djin 4 ova a yr now, gettin quite gud but i dont have the guts 2 play out! iv started tryin mixin other styles of music to challenge myself cos dnb is alot harder 2 mix than hardcore n nxt im gonna try some oldskool uk garage, i used 2 love it but iv been told its one of the most difficult.
