Title: removal of mk2 gti seats

please help how do i get them out cus i cnt seem 2 get my head arounf removing the front seats

look under the front of the seat and you'll see an allen bolt through the front of the runner in the middle of the seat. Remove this bolt and you'll then be able to slide the seat backwards right out of it's runners. There should also be some trim which you have to remove from the top of the inner runners either side of the handbrake tunnel.

Should take about 10mins to remove both front seats!!!
