Title: what a day!
Post by: dabill on 19 May 2007, 23:54
righty, where to start...

exhaust has fallen off... well, both rear mounts have perished and the middle section mount has perished too... so get a lovely banging over ever bump.

however i can hear that because of the horrible idle that its now decided to do.. the normal idle is around 950 rpm, and its currently all over the place, between 800 rpm upto 1500ish rpm... and it sounds like the engine is revving its self to stop it from stalling... but it never does which i spose is good... ** i'll try and get a vid for tommorrow of symptoms.**

thirdly, the drivers door handle is bust... the metal frame of the door handle is snapped, which means i cant open the door from the outside and i have to use inside.
but whilst investigating the crime, i had to pull all central locking unit out and the aftermarket K-9 alarm thingy that connects the the central locking arm.. and i snapped the below peice...

is the white plastic peice that the door pin connects to and the central locking connects to... doh!

does any on know if i can get a spare part from anywhere and have any idea about the random annoying idle problemo, could it be the blue temp thingy ma bob...

thanks for reading this novel, will be published around the year 2012...
