Title: Has anyone done any interesting dash conversions?

Thinking of doing one on my mk2 to freshen things up a little. Any suggestions?

how hard was it to put the TT dash in the mk2? is it worth it? :evil:

just three wires, match up the colours...

i was being sarcastic the first time mate, i think there'd be a lot of work to get one to fit well!

its a trim off the ends and some bracket work ect ect ect

 plus there finding one at a reasonable prive without the scene tax

yh i want to do something nice but its a pain when u dont get time plus cars is always in use :sad: lol. but like the TT dash looks nice and its loads diffrent  :smug:

Look at Dizzie's Mk2, he's put a Mk3 dash in. First in his old blue Mk2 (with 1.8T engine) then moved the whole lot over to an Edition One shell. Check out the projects section for photos.

The later Mk4 polo dash could be an alternative, out of a 6n1/facelift model (around 99/00).
