hi all
i need some advice
i have a 1.6 A reg mk2 gl, and every time i drive over an uneven surface the car seems to slide left or right. as anyone got any ideas on what could be making this do. i have been looking at the red bushes on ebay will these cure the problem.

i'd get a 4 wheel alignment/tracking/camber etc done at a decent place. they should also be able to tell you if any of your bushes are knackered.

Also check your tyre pressures and suspension is ok.
I had this problem and had camber/alignment/tracking done but didn't cure the problem, I had also changed over to poly bushes on the front of the car. In the end new tyres solved it, very odd.
