it's a coat of special polish that you can pay (a lot) for so you (apparently) have to clean your car less.
-
eh?? what a load of crap!!! lol  just polish it every month and it will look sweet as, i do our bora once a week when the weather permits and the car looks brand new!!

My mum got it on her silver 206 about 5 years ago. It's scratched/scuffed to sh!t! Not worth it if you ask me!
-
you lasy people
Try Chemicalguys.co.uk i think it is
Better cleaning products at good prices

Superguard is just not worth it. There are so many other produects out there that do the same job at a fraction of the price. All you have to do is look!
-
bes tthing is if you keep on top of the wax/polish it makes it easier to clean.
Altho autoglym's supergloss protection is brilliant, really helps keep the shine (you have to have it perfect before you apply the protector otherwise you seal in the sh!t!) but it lasts for weeks, and makes cleaning the next time so much easier!!
i also use a cheap turtlewax speedwax, for when i cant be bothered to wax-on wax-off! :) All good fun!

This stuff is cr@p. Just another product to sell. Body shops hate it tbh.

Have to disagree with you all here. I got easyguard which is the same thing sprayed inside and outside on the st and it was the best thing i have spent on the car. I wash it once a month (if that at all) and have never polished and just after coming up here it got damage on the front wing, so i went to the local ford garage to get it repaired and they thought i had been polishing it all the time.Plus they sprayed the repaired bit with easyguard and gave me a new certificate for that part.
Also i have spilt both curry sauce and oil in the inside of the car and it just beeds on top of the carpet leaving no stain.

^ that sounds like a good product to me? my neighbour has one of those bad-ass new volvo things that has about 300bhp and his was treated with something simular and looks amazing for it?

Curry sauce inside the car, tut tut!!
I think it's probably worth it on the inside, I mean it seems to work well on sofa's and stuff. Outside however? Hm... stop being lazy ;)
